This is a reminder not to miss the Taste of Playa event next weekend in the Park next to the ferry terminal in Playa del Carmen! All the restaurants in Playa are doing tastings of their goodies and we will be in the Marketplace, Sunday from 2pm. There will be food demonstrations and music, great fun afternoon. Playa del Carmen, Mexico – November 13, 2010 - Ak Lu'um International School, officially designated the first ecological school in Mexico, invites the families of the Riviera Maya to take part in the 1st Annual Eco-Challenge. Scheduled to coincide with COP16, the International Summit on Climate Change being held in Cancun, this contest and eco-fair will take place on Sunday, December 5th 2010 on the grounds of the school located in Playa del Carmen.  read more
