Congratulations! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and learned so much not only about Mexican cooking but the culture. Taking this class has had me looking for destination classes when I travel to other locations.

Que Bueno!!! Was there ever any doubt that you would NOT get any recognition?! I for one applaud your school/business, especially after being lucky enough to attend a one day class back in February 2011! I am hoping to repeat that in the next year or two as well :) There isn't a day that goes by that I am not doing something Mexican (food-wise) and sincerely appreciate what Chef Pablo, the girls and Catriona taught me. Keep up the great work and enjoy the well deserved award.
Salud!
